Leonard :: Barrell House Wedding
It’s been a year, but I can still remember this Barrell house wedding like it were yesterday! My anticipation for this wedding had built all year, from the moment I first met Sam & Brian. I remember waking up with so much excitement for the day. We had spent some time getting to know these two and couldn’t wait to celebrate them as husband and wife.
We never know what to expect when we first arrive. Sometimes the party is already started at 9AM. I walked in to meet Sam and was taken back at how calm the entire house was. The bridesmaids were all lounging around in their matching robes with their hair and makeup done to perfection. All the while listening to music & reminiscing on the days leading up to the big event.
Sam & Brian had everything well thought out for their guests. Being an August wedding they anticipated the heat. They had water bottles & fans waiting for the guests at the door. That’s the type of people that they are. I say it all the time but guys, I have THE BEST couples. They are truly the sweetest couple! The overcast day actually provided cooler temps and shade for us all. We kept an eye out for rain, but the weather Gods were on our side.
I have so many favorite things about their wedding, but most of all I loved how Brian looked at Sam throughout the day. It’s not hard to tell how in love they are.
